These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dramify: Short Drama & Reels (the "App"), developed and published by GoldenPlace ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. User License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the App.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer digital content, virtual currency (coins), unlocked episodes, or subscription plans. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play Terms of Service. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, videos, audio, and software associated with the App are the property of GoldenPlace or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. GoldenPlace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
